pknew Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Bangladesh Players

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the pknew platform ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of pknew following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between pknew and you with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein. pknew operates the Platform as a real-money online casino and sports betting service. All activity on the Platform involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you understand this risk before continuing.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on pknew, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated by pknew for a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited into your pknew account.

Each person may hold only one registered account on pknew. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, pknew reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

All accounts are subject to pknew's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit the following documentation before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport). Both front and back are required for NID.
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your name and Bangladesh address.
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, taken within the last 30 days.

pknew may request additional documentation at any time if there is reasonable cause to verify a player's identity or the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. KYC information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of request; bank transfers may take up to two business days. pknew does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions at pknew are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance checks. pknew reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are derived from illegal activity. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed. pknew takes these obligations seriously in order to maintain a safe, compliant platform for all users.

The following general conditions apply to all pknew bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for 7 days from issuance unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are subject to a rollover requirement as specified in the offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is any real-money deposit of ৳100 or more.

pknew may offer seasonal promotions tied to major Bangladesh events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published at the time of each offer and take precedence over these general bonus terms for the duration of that promotion.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on pknew are governed by their own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market detail view. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail for the specific game or market in question.

pknew uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all electronic casino games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose games are independently tested for fairness. Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant real-world sporting event. In the event of a technical error, pknew reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

• Bets placed in error by a player (for example, a double-click resulting in two identical wagers) are the player's sole responsibility. pknew will not automatically reverse bets that have been accepted in good faith by the system.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual game types and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface. Attempting to circumvent maximum bet limits through multiple simultaneous accounts or coordinated activity is prohibited.
• pknew reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of match fixing, insider information, or manipulation of game outcomes by any party.

pknew is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players to assist in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings that take effect immediately and can only be reduced in real time (increases take 24 hours to apply).
• Session time reminders: an optional timer that notifies you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: players may exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Colluding with other players or Platform staff to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward pknew staff or other players via any communication channel.

pknew reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct and to take immediate action, including account suspension and balance forfeiture, where a violation is identified. Determinations made by pknew in these matters are final.

pknew may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player poses a financial, legal, reputational, or security risk to pknew or other users; (c) pknew is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority; or (d) the player has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at pknew's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. All content on the pknew platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pknew or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pknew's prior written consent.

pknew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service caused by technical failures, third-party actions, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events. pknew does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

pknew collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pknew uses SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. KYC documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable compliance obligations and are then securely deleted. pknew reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or sent to your registered email address. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
